Each year at the SFA State Conference we present awards for outstanding Minnesota sustainable farmers. SFA members and supporters nominate folks for these awards, and then a panel of state board directors picks the winners.

There will be two awards presented at the 2010 Sustainble Farming Association of Minnesota Conference on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN.

SUSTAINABLE FARMER EMERITUS AWARD
For a Farmer or Farm Family, currently farming or retired, that has dedicated many years of their life to the advancement of sustainable farming in Minnesota.

SUSTAINABLE FARMING ASSOCIATION DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD
