SIMPLY SOUP SUPPER: A Special Pre-Conference Event

Description:
A light supper of locally grown and produced soups and breads will be followed by a open discussion, led by a panel of farmers and producers including:

• Lori Callister - Moderator, Farmer/Marketing Expert
• Elizabeth Mulvihill - Nutritionist, Wellness Expert
• Martin Diffley - Organic Farmer, Farming Educator
• Rob Smith - Student Farmer at St. Olaf College
• Erin Barnett - Home Economist, Local Harvest Representative, Comunity/Local Foods Expert
