Forage Council Grazing School Dinner with Chef Joel London

Registration closes at 4 PM CT on Wednesday, September 25.

Can’t attend the full Forage Council Grazing School, but networking and a locally-sourced dinner sound just right? All are welcome to join for conversation and a delicious meal.

Join us at 4:30PM for a social hour featuring table topic discussions.

A local foods dinner, prepared by Chef Joel London, will be served at 6PM. Appetizers include lamb kabobs, picked vegetables, deviled eggs, MN cheeses, and smoked lake trout, to name a few.  The main course will be slow braised beef and beef teriyaki with all the fixings. Pie and cookies will be served for dessert.

If you are registered for the Forage Council Grazing School, your dinner ticket is already included and you do not need to register again here.

SFA staff and volunteers occasionally take photos during our workshops, cafe chats and field days for promotional purposes and to use as documentation of events to share with our funders.  If you do not wish to be photographed, please let our event host know — we’ll make every effort to make sure you are not photographed.
