Walk the flower field with farmer and florist, Emily Beaton, and see the beautiful varieties of northern-hardy cut flowers that can be grown in our region.
You’ll learn flower harvesting techniques and post-harvest handling, and go home with tips and tricks to extend the vase life of your flowers.
You’ll discover the joy of flower arranging with Emily who will guide you through her process of arranging flowers from start to finish, and you’ll be able to harvest, arrange and take home your own bouquet.
No prior flower experience necessary!
