Join fellow farmers, ranchers, and landowners for an evening focused on the forage value of native grasses and forbs and practical grazing management strategies that can improve forage diversity, palatability, and seasonal production.
Additional topics will include the importance of rest and recovery for healthy rangelands, approaches to improving pasture resilience and productivity, and Conservation Easement opportunities available to landowners.
The goal of this event is for farmers, ranchers, and landowners to learn about the forage value of native grasses and forbs and how to implement practical grazing management systems that increase forage diversity, palatability, and production over the course of a growing season.
Whether you are currently grazing livestock or simply interested in better land stewardship, this event will provide practical insights and real-world examples from working grazing systems.
