2026 SFA Annual Conference

The SFA Annual Conference is both our largest member gathering of the year and a showcase of the wisdom of the Minnesota sustainable ag community. Known for its warm and welcoming environment, it draws a few hundred farmers, ag professionals, aspiring growers, homesteaders, and local foods supporters. All are welcome!

Registration

• Early Bird Members (through October. 31, 2025): $50
• Regular Member pricing (Begins Nov. 1, 2025): $75
• Nonmembers: $100
• Emerging Farmers: $0   Not sure who’s an emerging farmer? Check it out here.
  *Note: A complimentary networking lunch is offered to emerging farmers. If you plan to attend it, you do not need to purchase the $15 dining hall ticket. 
• Kids Program (ages 5-12): $20  *Advance registration only. No walkup registration will be available.

Lunch: You are welcome to bring a bag lunch, visit a nearby restaurant in St. Joseph, or eat in the campus dining hall on the main level of the Gorecki Center. Emerging farmers are invited to a complimentary lunch session. Save time in line and buy your $15 dining hall ticket in advance when you register for the Conference!

Refunds: The last day to request a refund for registrations and lunch tickets is January 31, 2026.

Day-of

Parking: There are often multiple events on the St. Ben’s campus on the day of our conference, so we recommend that you allow time to find good parking. For a map of Guest parking and sidewalk routes to the Conference Center, click HERE.

Kids Program (ages 5-12): The program begins after the plenary. You will need to pick up your children for lunch. Programming will resume after the lunch break. Advance registration only. No walkup registration will be available.
