The East Central Chapter of the Sustainable Farming Association of Minnesota invites you to join us for an educational evening at Milaca Meats.

This event offers chapter members and attendees a valuable opportunity to tour the Milaca Meats facility and learn more about their beef and pork slaughter and butchering services. Many farmers in our region travel significant distances for processing, and this evening will provide insight into a regional option, including an overview of their services, capacity, and how farmers can work with their team.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Tour the facility
• Learn about slaughter and butchering services
• Ask questions and connect directly with the Milaca Meats team
• Network with fellow farmers and members
Milaca Meats will provide a light meal (pulled pork or hot dogs), and the retail store will be open for those who wish to make purchases.
Registration Required; no walkups please.
Space is limited to 50 attendees to ensure a quality learning experience. Chapter members are encouraged to register early to reserve their spot.
