“Three Crucial Steps to Build Your Profitable Farm: Strategies to find loyal customers who value your products and come back season after season” — Charlotte Smith will lead this full-day workshop in St. Joseph, Minn. on Thursday, April 18.

Do any of the following describe you?

  • There always seems to be more money going out than coming in,
  • Not to mention the overwhelming and never-ending list of things to do on the farm.
  • You might have trouble finding time for yourself and your family at the end of the day.
  • Or you need your farm to make more sales so you can quit your 9-5 and farm full-time.
  • Either way, the stress is mounting. You might be wondering if this was a bad idea…
  • But you know you can be successful with the right guidance, and you’re ready to put in the work.

If so, join SFA and Charlotte Smith, host of the “Profitable Mindset Podcast” and farm marketing & mindset guru, for a full-day workshop where she will teach farmers how to make more money and effectively market their products.

During this workshop, Charlotte will teach three key areas from her on-line courses and professional coaching that she offers:

  1. Create A Farm Website That Sells
  2. How to Use Social Media to Find, Engage and Retain Customers
  3. Three Steps To Build Your Profitable Farm

Bonus offerings: Would you like to have a chance to have your website, social media feed, or email newsletters reviewed by Charlotte? Sign up when you register! Throughout the workshop, Charlotte will pick one of your marketing platforms to review and will give you feedback. This is a great opportunity to have a marketing coach give you live feedback on your platforms.

Each registration also includes Charlotte’s book, “Farm Marketing from the Heart.”

Charlotte’s Bio: Charlotte Smith has been teaching farmers marketing & mindset management for over a decade. Her signature coaching program, 5X Your Farm Sales, teaches farmers the skills they need to make money on their farms AND live calm, balanced lives through mindset coaching.

“After starting my farm in 2009, neighbor farmers would ask me how I was able to charge double what they were charging and still sell all my products, and actually have my farm pay me a wage, when they couldn’t sell half what they produced even though they charged less.

“So I began teaching farmers how to market their products and build profitable farms. Now, a decade later, I coach and teach farmers in every state in the US and 13 countries to build successful, profitable farms while also getting out from under overwhelm, stress and anxiety through mindset coaching.

“The two skillsets together – marketing and mindset management, are creating a new baseline for farmers – we are a group of people who live calm, balanced lives with profitable businesses. Going against what most of us have been taught farming should look like!

“In addition to my coaching program, I host a weekly podcast, Profitable Mindset. Due to my dedication to improving the soil, animals, and the people who eat their products, in 2016, I was named one of the Top 25 Most Influential Women in the World in Food and Agriculture by the non-profit Food Tank.
