We sell our beef in quarters, halves and wholes. If you haven’t bought this way before, we walk you through the whole process. Our cattle are fed only on our certified organic pastures and with hay, never any grain. The are not vaccinated, and do not get artificial hormones or antibiotics.

Our award-winning garlic is great for both seed stock and in your kitchen. We grow certified organic, northern-hardy Porcelain varieties that are large and store well.
