Hands-on Chicken Processing + Board Meeting

Hosted by the Central Chapter of SFA.

Lend a helping hand while learning how to process chickens, use a chicken plucker, package parts/wholes, make stock. Open to the first five willing workers (besides Board Members.)  

Pot luck brunch included with tricks and tips.  Please bring a ready-to-eat item to share that requires no onsite preparation.

Registration: Pre-registration required.  No walkups, please. No fee or charge. Just a willingness to work and learn.
