Five SFA chapters host a local foods-centered festival each year, and they are all busily preparing for their 2025 events. Learn more about each one at www.sfa-mn.org/festivals. Here are a few ways you can get involved:

Sowing Seeds

Alternative Roots Farm, Madelia MN

Saturday, August 9, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
McLeod County Fairgrounds, Hutchinson MN

Fun-filled, family-friendly and fragrant, featuring fantastic foods, celebrity chefs, marvelous music, area artisans, goofy games and lots of garlic – all in support of a healthy environment and vital rural communities. Hosted by the Crow River Chapter of SFA. Click here to learn more.

Lake Superior Harvest Festival

Saturday, September 6, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Bayfront Festival Park, Duluth MN

Saturday, September 20,  11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Burlington Northern Park, Wadena MN
