Our annual flagship events are farmer-led and draw people from all over the state.
Regardless of membership, folks flock to our Annual Conference and Midwest Soil Health Summit for networking and education. Several regional SFA chapters also host vibrant local festivals in the summer and fall: Garlic Festival, Salsa Fest, Deep Roots Festival, and Harvest Festival. Scroll down to see what's cookin' this year, or visit our Event Calendar.
SFA will continue to follow CDC, local, and venue guidelines regarding COVID-19.
Featuring topics largely requested by our members, the SFA Annual Conference is a showcase of the wisdom of the Minnesota ag community. Tickets usually sell out, with hundreds of farmers, ag professionals, aspiring growers, homesteaders, and local foods supporters in attendance. It is known for its warm and welcoming environment, enjoyed by budding and seasoned farmers alike.
